3. Booking and Delivery

All selections are confirmed upon payment. Delivery times for digital resources are immediate via email, while physical products ship within the stated timeframe.

4. Cancellation and Reimbursement

4.1 Advisory Sessions

Clients may reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-eligible for reimbursement, as resources are allocated upon booking.

4.2 Digital Resources

Requests for reimbursement must be made within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Approved reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4.3 Physical Products

Defective or incorrect items may be sent back for an swap or full reimbursement within 30 days of receipt. Products must be in original packaging and condition. Reimbursement is processed within 15 business days of receipt of the item sent back.

5. No-Reimbursement Offerings

Certain premium bundled sessions or special events are marked as non-eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory work and dedicated resource allocation. Such designation will be made clear at the time of booking.

6. Modification of Terms

launchlegalx reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
